The Casa SFC restoration project included the creation of a large living room, where the kitchen is located, and the terrace, which is now in continuity with the convivial environment and is a natural extension of it.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a 1970s residential complex. From the beginning it was clear how the external landscape had to condition the design and how the organization of space would revolve around the windows that frame it.
