The exhibition takes place in a Liberty room in the municipality of Sant’Agata de’ Goti (BN), dating back to the early twentieth century. A sumptuously frescoed space, with warm colors, inside which are available solid wood furniture – coeval with the room – painted in an intense black. A large golden chandelier descends to the center of the room and, together with the floral wall sconces, regulates lights and shadows of the space at all hours. In this place, setting up an exhibition on freedom with a small budget and the extreme constraints imposed by the aesthetic and historical nature of the room, made the choice of composition through the search for a synthetic act, that tried to combine a simple geometric body and a strong desire for formal expression.
The object is placed in the center of the room to be independent from the historical members of the place that hosts it and to create an exhibition experience such that the patrons could, on the one hand, observe the ten works of architects and artists under 35 placed along the wooden body of the setting and, on the other, observe the frescoed walls and furnishings of the room, which is usually not open to external visits.

The system consists of strips of spruce rough 2 cm by 4 cm, 2 meters long. The step of the elements and their slender nature have, in some way, facilitated the generation of a plant in the form of broken open at all angles of ninety degrees, to allow the slender structure to be self-supporting and be able to respond to the modest horizontal forces, resulting from any impact of users with the installation.
So the euclidean body of the exhibition unfolds in the room with its vertical scan of slats, absolutely remarkable from side to side, with the sun and only opaque portions due to the works on display. On the two warheads the object almost “rears”, gets up a meter and becomes opaque. In this way separates the section of works produced by architects from the section of works produced by artists, outlines the beginning and the end of the broken clearly even in the raised, emphasizes its presence in the crowded room and stands as a pretext to insert the colophon directly on the installation. In its insinuation and articulation in space, this Euclidean skeleton visually incorporates the chandelier and tries to establish a dialectical relationship with all the elements present in the room: a changing relationship at every step since the motion, as a unique opportunity to experience space, it imposes a continuous change of perspective to identify a thousand possible internal landscapes made of views, vanishing points, colors, geometries, textures, lights and looks.
