Conceived by the founders of Milano Contract District, the design platform that completely redefined the world of real estate services and marketing six years ago, Livinwow has the ambition to conquer a new and growing market segment consisting of protagonists of Real Estate who today work in residential development with the intention of responding to the needs of a new market in dialogue with evolved models of housing offer, both for sale and for rent. Livinwow was created as a response to a modern audience that, from the youngest members of “Generation X” to all Millennials, shares dynamic values, models and lifestyles, and a “concept of living” that is original both in the idea of ​​using communal spaces and in the solutions and design compositions of home interiors.

“The Livinwow design model – explains Lorenzo Pascucci, founder of Milano Contract District – is a coherent response to an innovative concept of home. Home must now be designed according to advanced design services and mood boards, well aligned with the changes that are revolutionizing modern society and the way of living inside one’s home. We have analyzed and paid particular attention to the solicitations and insights deriving from the “away from home” world to translate them into a “domestic lifestyle” capable of responding to the changing functional needs that appeared during the pandemic: smart working, remote conference, DAD and home-learning, greater sustainability and growing demand for outdoor living spaces. All this has translated into interior projects and 360° liveable outdoor spaces. Home living solutions speak for the first time a smart language, accessible and contiguous to the rest of the solicitations coming from the outside world”.

Livinwow responds to the needs of a new real estate market, which is conceived today, and will be available “tomorrow”, characterized by the need to be able to offer products and services for an increasingly changing and demanding public, which is also looking for those simplified purchasing processes that can be tested on a daily basis in other consumer industries (fashion, food, catering, technology, automotive, etc.). In line with this vision, the Livinwow showroom was born as a creative laboratory, in which interior design sets are mixed with video supports and digital virtual tours, concretely expressing the concept of evolution of the interior design + home decor project.

The showroom is aimed at operators and professionals but also exceptionally opens to the general public June 8-12 during Design Week 2022. The choice of the location was not accidental: vibrant Via Archimede is already known for its strong hybridization between fashion showrooms, international creative studios and experimental and innovative catering models. Livinwow, with its arrival, adds the latest F (furniture) to the two already present, Fashion and Food, completing the triad that makes Made in Italy famous all over the world.

A knowledgeable mood and color mix

A house that would appear on Instagram Stories. From a chromatic point of view, the new concept is characterized by the careful use of contemporary colors and mood boards, consistent with those looking for a style capable of representing it at any time of the day. Thanks to hybrid research and cross categories, Livinwow’s effort was to be able to interpret and offer a domestic lifestyle in line with the new trends not only in the world of interior design, but also in fashion, catering and the beauty industry.

Indoor + oudoor: the evolution of home living

The furnishing offer is for apartments of any size, from the smallest to the largest, and is presented as a renewed dialogue between internal and external spaces, like the loggias or terraced environments that are increasingly acquiring value when looking for a modern home. Indeed, thanks to a network of specialized partner companies, Livinwow is able to offer integrated projects between the outdoor and indoor areas of an apartment, offering for the first time continuity in terms of functionality, privacy and quality of psychophysical well-being reachable through unprecedented solution of shading and horizontal and vertical scenographic installations of green areas.

In line with the “easy & fun”; logic of the concept, to guarantee the final result, our interior designers study multiple chromatic and material mood boards, studying the interior project in every detail in order to guarantee the customer “wow” solutions in price, functionality and aesthetic result.

The new platform is “phygital” for several reasons. On the one hand, the need to create an experiential and immersive space, a creative laboratory that is a meeting point between the world of Real Estate and the Livinwow research center, in which innovative and dynamic “live” solutions can be seen and touched and be developed. On the other hand, the need to provide a “digital” dimension, thanks to the tools and digital apps, makes it possible to simplify access to platform services on both the B2B and B2C aspects. Inside the showroom the first digital arena in the world of interior design has been created: through special oculus viewers, it is possible to navigate the projects and preview a virtual experience in 1:1 scale, your own home project.

Livinwow offers residential property developers a package of exclusive interior design services and products, capable of elevating and innovating the offer of entire buildings for sale or lease. “Livinwow – Lorenzo Pascucci’s concept goes into greater depth – was designed for those looking for integrated functional consultancy to obtain high quality interior design and home decor solutions in their own developments. Livinwow accelerates the sales of a property development or increases the demand for a rental property by segmenting the demand. Times and costs of the construction process on site are reduced by avoiding repeating work and limiting interference, so that homes are “ready to live” when officially sold, or immediately at the end of the works if rented. Also, one can rely on the experience of the first interior design contract provider who, thanks to the integration of a digital and a functional business model, is able to become the only contact point for an advisor or real estate developer. “Livinwow is aimed, at this moment, only at B2B.
