Restoration of a 110 m2 house overlooking a condominium garden with an essential and uncluttered style, with strict forms and warm, bright colors. The project completely redesigned the spaces, creating a large living room divided from the sleeping area by a large oak wood paneling system.

The intervention involved the entire renovation of a property in Palermo, where a living area, consisting of a living room with a dining table, an independent kitchen with attached laundry/utility room and a guest bathroom were created.

The design maintains the typical 1950s layout, consisting of a large central corridor from which the various rooms are distributed laterally and which has taken on the function of a reading area.
