The Order of Architects of Bologna welcomes our first Phonolook Design Eco sound-absorbing panels inside its rooms, an achievement we are really proud of, in an environment rich in meaning to us.
This is how the collaboration with the Order of Architects of Bologna was born, from the need to redevelop, from an acoustic point of view, the rooms of their headquarter. Places for meetings and conference, but with an important reverberation.
We are very satisfied today in presenting this first work made with the new Phonolook Design Eco panels, the latest range of products born under the Phonolook line by Eterno Ivica, characterized by the thermoformed system, which stands out for its high eco-sustainability combined with excellent acoustic performance.
And what better location than the headquarter of the Order of Architects and Landscape Architects of Bologna? A place for discussions and relationships among professionals in the name of design, technicality, architecture and contemporary news; this prestigious company has relied on us to achieve the coveted goal of acoustic comfort, enhancing its aesthetics with a design and a combination of fine and elegant colours.
Eterno Ivica supplied 35 Phonolook Design Eco MONO sound-absorbing panels in the single-sided version, square-shaped, 120 x 120 cm in size, in different colours, ranging from green to blue, from teal to yellow.
A fundamental feature, which makes these panels unique in their kind, is the excellent absorption at medium-high frequencies, Class A of sound absorption according to UNI EN ISO 11654. Furthermore, installation speed is guaranteed thanks to the simple and intuitive “rear system” consisting of an aluminium reinforcement bar inserted inside the panel. Prepared already in the production phase, the bar is provided with special holes in order to simplify the fixing of the panels to the ceiling or to the wall, thanks to the various installation kits (in this case “plasticized steel cable kit”).
There are two rooms in which the panels have been inserted and in both of these they float suspended from the ceiling, integrating perfectly with the LED lighting present, making everything a harmonious and perfect visual and auditory synchronism.
